I have been taking my car here for the past few years now. Whether it is replacing the bulbs to my headlight or my suspension they have gone above and beyond each and every time. The customer service is great and Jose takes time out of his day to explain what is going on with my car. I am very thankful to be able to go to auto shop that I can trust!

Took my 2017 Bolt in to get a second opinion on a noise from the suspension. Turns out the previous mechanic at a different shop had left an axle nut untightened and this caused a knock on acceleration and deceleration. The previous mechanic recommended over $1500 in repairs for a nut he had forgotten to tighten. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for $83.60. I've found my mechanic. Jose was really helpful and knowledgeable up front as well. Great experience.

If you have an AC problem, don't go to Jerry. They don't know what they're doing. I paid over a $100 for something that they thought might be the problem but it wasn't. An honest mechanic would've told me that the real problem was the ac compressor and not the valve. They're just looking to squeeze anything out of your pocket. My problem was never fixed and I still have no AC.

As a family owned shop here in town, we take a lot of pride in being honest and fair with everyone who comes to us. It’s tough to hear that you felt otherwise. We understand that the outcome didn’t resolve your AC problem, and that can be frustrating. We do not believe in guessing or upselling, that’s not how we operate. We always aim to diagnose issues accurately and communicate clearly about what we find. The initial testing we performed was based on the symptoms and information we had at the time. The estimates we then provided for repair were based directly on those test results. Sometimes, that necessary first step of testing can also fortunately solve the problem, but it didn't in your case.
